Clark Stoeckley is an artist and activist working in a broad range of genres and under numerous names. He earned a BFA in Alternative Media from Webster University and an MFA in Performance and Interactive Media Art from Brooklyn College. As a courtroom sketch artist he authored a graphic novel The United States vs. Private Chelsea Manning. These drawings have appeared in Newsweek, The Nation, MSNBC, and NJTV's State of the Arts. His work has been shown at the International Spy Museum, Pratt Manhattan Gallery, Contemporary Art Museum of St. Louis, Emily Harvey Foundation Gallery, and Plato’s Cave at EIDIA House and featured in ARTnews, VICE, Hyperallergic, Associated Press, and The Wall Street Journal. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at American University of Kuwait, and previously he taught a variety of art and design courses at Bloomfield College in New Jersey. Recently he opened Stick Em Up, a graphics and printing business specializing in graffiti stickers.
